We have specifically designed our processes for companies who already utilize remote work. We know how to find the ultimate workers for your project regardless of where they are located. Remote recruitment is our specialty.

Recruitment can be as complicated as dating

You have to pay attention to hard skills, culture-fit, diversity, and timezone. After finding the right candidate, you have to make an effort.
We are not saying that we are a one stop shop for solving every problem. 6nomads is a boutique IT service with a simple goal — to introduce the best technical remote talent to outstanding startups.
For your company to qualify, we need to:
1. Review your job description
2. Check the company LinkedIn page or Crunchbase page
3. Review your information (max 3 days)
4. Set up an interview with a hiring manager (usually it's a CEO, CTO, or a Teamlead)
How does 6nomads work?

Rigorous screening process
Candidates apply to 6nomads. We put them through a two stage selection process.

  • First stage: Bypassing the traditional resume, each candidate's hard skills are tested (the candidate does an exercise, or submits a github/design portfolio for review, if strongly committed to open source)
  • Second stage: The candidate does an interview with an engineer from a remote company

We will introduce you to the top remote candidates
We will promote your startup to the best candidates and then will do a warm intro with them

You have 2 weeks to hire a candidate
In-demand candidates will not wait for you forever, and your position needs to get filled. We create a process that is beneficial for both sides.
Here's how it works:
1) You give us a job description, we have 6 days to show you 6 relevant candidates.
2) After that, you have 2 weeks to send an offer to one of the candidates. If you don't make an offer within 2 weeks, we remove the job posting from circulation.
3) We are 100% sure about our candidates' professionalism. We will charge you only after a 3 month test period. However, you will be pay the fee when you have made a candidate selection.

We don't work with companies that do not have a legal entity. You need to have a corporate business card to pay for our services online. If you don't have a card, please contact our founder, Denis, at dshershnev@6nomads.com. He will help your company to  make a wire transfer payment.
We don't work with startups that deal with gambling, alcohol, cigarettes, cannabis, or weapons. We are especially motivated to work with startups focused on social impact.
